Light and Yummy Banana Bread

The Perfect Banana Bread Recipe.
Makes a 9 x 5 inch bread loaf

Banana Bread Ingredients:
2 cups of all purpose flour, plus 1 tablespoon for dusting (step 2)
1 tsp of baking soda
3/4 cup of packed light brown sugar
1 stick of of unsalted butter, room temperature
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 eggs
1 cup lightly mashed bananas (2-3 very ripe bananas)
1/4 cupof  low-fat milk

Banana Bread Preparation:

1. Pre-heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
2. Slightly grease a 9 x 5 inch loaf pan with shortening, butter or lightly spray with butter flavored Pam. Then, line the pan with a piece of baking paper and gently dust the walls of the pan with about 1 tablespoon of flour.
3. Mix the flour together with the baking soda and incorporate really well. Set the flour and baking soda aside for later use.

4. In a medium or large size mixing bowl, combine the white and brown sugars, softened butter and vanilla flavoring by using an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and light in color. If you don't have an electrice mixer, you can do this by hand with a big wooden spoon.
5. Drop in 1 egg at one time to the butter and sugar mixture. Beat on low speed till well blended.
6. Utilize a fork to mush up the bananas till there are no sizeable pieces left behind.
7. Include the crushed bananas into the mixture and incorporate thoroughly.
8. Alternately mix in the flour mixture as well as the milk in two batches (flour, milk, flour, milk) in the egg mixture, incorporating until just simply mixed.

9. Bake in your oven for fifty to fifty-five minutes or until a knife inserted in the middle section slides out clean.
10. Let it cool in the bread pan for 10 min. Flip the banana bread upside down and let cool on a cookie rack.
11. Cut the banana bread into eight-ten pieces and serve warm with or jam.
12. The banana bread may keep well inside an airtight container for up to 5 nights. Serve at room temperature or reheat inside a toaster or your oven before eating.
13. This banana bread even freezes very well. Slice the bread into individual pieces, separate each piece of your banana bread, wrap in plastic wrap, and put in a Ziploc bag or maybe in a freezer safe container.
