STOP rushing through life! Do you feel tired when you wake up in the morning?
We all do at times I'm sure for one reason or another but if you feel tired every morning after sleeping then feeling fitter, healthier and happier will be a struggle for you. An over active lifestyle and in many cases hyperactivity can prevent a good night's sleep which is vital for your health in general. Slow down, appreciate what's around you and it's not good to overindulge in high energy drinks just to keep you going.
Stick to a Sensible Eating Diet. One That You Can Stick To. You Can Do It if You Put Your Mind to It.
Feeling sluggish is a downer right? Eating, either rushed or skipped meals will drag your metabolism down in the dumps. How many times have you heard, don't miss your breakfast. Well don't, Why? Because it's the first fuel of the day that your body needs to get started after resting. And get moving if you can throughout the day, sitting around is a disaster for your body it needs movement that's what it's designed for. So do not skip meals at any time thinking it's alright it isn't.
It's all too easy to eat the refined sugar foods during your day because it's easy and you can eat it on the hoof. Chocolate, sweets and things of this nature may cause problems with your blood sugar levels. Although they are good to eat, in the long run you will find yourself getting hungry again and guess what they will make you tired. So keep away from the sweet stuff if you can. Remember fitter, healthier, happier. These 3 things are not found in choc bars and sweets.
Drinking lots of liquid is really important, which isn't a license to guzzle lots of caffeine. Dehydration can be a problem as our bodies are made up of 60% or so of water it will tire easily and slow down without it. As with energy drinks you may get an initial buzz from caffeine but it will bring you crashing down 30 minutes later. In a nut shell lots of liquid, fresh fruit, vegetables, and plenty of exercise and a good night's sleep will contribute to a fitter, healthier, happier you
